Industrial Automation North America show sells out exhibitor space

The first Industrial Automation North America (IANA) trade show has completely sold out of exhibitor space.

Organized by Hannover Fairs USA, Inc., a subsidiary of Deutsche Messe AG, one of the world’s top trade fair organizers and exhibition centers, IANA debuts this year in conjunction with the International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS) at Chicago’s McCormick Place from September 10-15, 2012.

Leading global exhibitors will showcase industrial automation processes and solutions focused on integrating information and control across plant operations. On display will be the latest technologies for the automotive, aerospace, energy, infrastructure, food & beverage, machine tool, material handling, medical, mechanical and fluid power transmission industries.

“Hannover Fairs’ portfolio of Industrial Automation events is well established in Europe, Eurasia and the BRIC countries,” said CEO Larry Turner. “We are thrilled to be a part of the launch of the latest portfolio event in the US and look forward to hosting global visitors interested in discovering new offerings for the digital factory. Engineers, plant managers and maintenance specialists looking to restructure or update manufacturing operations will find the latest technology and services to improve their production facilities.”

The 2012 Industrial Automation North America trade show will feature conferences and training that offer IANA and IMTS attendees the latest best-practices, solutions and technologies in manufacturing automation, including the Global Automation & Manufacturing Summit by CFE Media; Motion, Drives & Automation Conference by Penton Media and NFPA Training Sessions at IANA by ISA - International Society of Automation.

Keynote speakers include Billy Taylor, plant manager, Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company; Karen Kurek, head of McGladrey’s National Manufacturing & Distribution Practice and Douglas Woods, President & CEO, The Association for Manufacturing Technology.
